How Child Kidnapping Became Legal in Family Court…

Why Are Family Court Judges Allowed to Kidnap Children?

Legalized Child Kidnapping: We have known about this all across the country for decades, now. Family court judges have been able to kidnap children from fathers just because the father is a male. Even though its illegal, family court judges have been doing it for decades now.

Now, judges are also kidnapping children from mothers just because the mother is a female. This shocking behavior is legal. It is not legal under the law, however; it is legal for a family court judge to kidnap your children.

Doesn’t the Constitution Gives Us Equal Protection Under the Law?

It does in theory. It does not in real life. About 60 years ago the Supreme court ruled that judges have absolute judicial immunity. They decided that immunity under the 11th amendment trumps our fourteenth amendment constitutional rights. In other words, our due process and equal protection rights do not necessarily mean anything in a court of law. Judges have legal protection via absolute immunity.

The state can have challenge legislation to ensure officials to not discriminate against because of the color of our skin, gender, religion, etc.,

However, the federal courts allow the following:

Judges can disobey the law.

Judges can make up new, random laws.

Family court judges can just kidnap your children either because you are a mother or a father.

They can tamper with evidence.

They can rob a person of their 14th amendment rights

This is all under the protection of absolute judicial immunity.

What’s worse, is that the legal reasoning behind justifying judicial immunity is historically and legally inaccurate…. This is what has led to legalized child kidnapping.

As a matter of fact, Reuters did a study on judges breaking the law or violating their oath and found that THOUSANDS of judges were committing these crimes and 9 out of 10 kept their jobs.
