My judge removed me for abuse from my dad then gave my daughter to him based on his allegations a couple years later. He allowed my dad to date jennifer the dcf worker and then also allowed my dad to get custody through a fraudulent guardianship by forging our signatures. Falmouth police took the report when we found out 11 years later since we couldn’t get our hands on anything until BY ACCIDENT from when i fired an attorney and got the whole record. Since then she’s returned to me to an extent but it’s been HARD. Her litter sister was adopted based on the guardianship and her story is far worse. I have over 1000 pages of proof which involves the current governor of MA Maura Healy and her girlfriend who was an appellate judge and Maura was the atty general we appealed to both and got nowhere. My judge even said I never hurt either kid or neglected them.
